The Seven Trees - The Sequel

World Book Day Masked Reader
Can you work out who is reading the stories from behind the masks?
At Kemsing Primary School every pupil has the opportunity to take part in the Daily Mile during the school day.
In just 15 minutes of running, jogging or walking each child averages a mile with health benefits and fitness improving within 4 weeks.
The Daily Mile is proven to improve both mental and physical health and children often eat and sleep better.
The Daily Mile is non competitive and fully inclusive. It can help to build self-esteem, confidence and encourages the children to build relationships by often helping and encouraging peers.
At the Kemsing Daily Mile we have witnessed all of these benefits and the children really enjoy taking part!
