This term we have been using non-fiction texts to research our topics. We have been working together in groups to research Florence Nightingale and we created posters and mind maps to show what we found out.

Maths Week 2017
During maths week we will be focusing on using and applying maths in real situations and contexts. We have been carrying out measuring investigations to prove or disprove a statement. On Tuesday we designed, built and tested newspaper bridges by calculating how much weight they could hold before they collapsed. Some bridges could hold more than 4kg!
