Today...
The apples were picked from the orchard & taste tested - delicious! Olivia ate the most (5!). The rest were put into boxes to share with the rest of the school.
A very challenging tree swing was constructed. It was challenging to get into position, challenging to push off, challenging to hang on & challenging when trying to avoid hitting the tree. But, as you can see from the photos, a lot of fun was had. They got some 'big air', as the cool kids used to say.
The Bamboo Ninjas formed a ceremonial guard & protected their Queen whilst she toured the woods.
The Bunker Guys lurked around.
A zip line was constructed & tested - too much friction (even with a carabiner) & not enough tension on the rope. Hmm, thinks...
