Today:
The new, improved Tool Area was used to make various conker creations.
A different style of tree shelter was trialled.
Tarp shelters were set up.
An amazing new den was built using square lashings to construct the frame work.
Apples from the orchard were eaten - WOW!
A theme park was created, with wheelbarrow rides & a rope launch ride.
New swings were created.
Lydia created a rope ladder/tree climbing activity.
A very large hornbeam branch was removed from near the adventure playground (as it was too tempting to swing on & would have been damaged, broken &/or injured people). The branches & foliage were added to the new den & the larger pieces of wood were kept for future projects.
