This term, our topic is the Roman withdrawal and the arrival of the Anglo-Saxons. We have also been reading Noah Barleywater Runs Away, a tale set in a world a "sort of" like our own and with a big twist at the end! In Maths, we have been looking at Place Value, Addition and Subtraction whilst developing our reasoning and problem solving skills. In Science, we have been investigating and experimenting with Sound. In Geography, we are learning about different places in the UK and around the World. PSHE this term is about respect for others and property and in PE we are learning Hockey and Lacrosse skills.
