Last Week of Term!
We are finally in the last week of term and what a term it has been! Thank you to all the Class One parents for your support throughout this unusual time. The work you have completed with your children has been fantastic and it has been so lovely to see them continuing to learn and progress. For this week there is a maths booklet in the link below that the children can choose an activity from. There is also a beach cake recipe for them to celebrate the end of our Seaside Topic if they would like to try it. Email any work you are particularly proud of to firstname.lastname@example.org for display on the school website.
Links and downloads for extra support will remain at the bottom of this page under the photos. We hope you all have a fantastic summer holiday and some take time to relax and recharge. Thank you again, from Mrs Christmas and Mrs Arnold.
Welcome to Class One!
Teacher: Mrs Christmas
Teaching Assistant: Mrs Arnold
We have PE on Thursdays and Fridays.
Our homework is set on a Wednesday and is due in the following Monday.
Since updating our reading scheme we would like your child to keep their reading book longer than they might
have previously. Please encourage them to complete all the comprehension tasks at the beginning and end
of the books. They will also need to read the book several times to ensure the phonics and
high frequency words covered are fully embedded. Books can still be changed on any day once the tasks
have been completed although once or twice a week should be enough.
