The Oaks
We start getting ready for the Oaks Christmas Dinner in early October. Mr Abbott and Jenny from gardening club help us to plant daffodil bulbs. These then stay undercover outside our classroom ready to be decorated by us and given as a present at the celebrations in December. Each year on the first Saturday in December, Year 6 help serve Christmas Dinner to over 100 elderly residents of Kemsing. We also get to eat a lovely roast too! As part of our duties we help to run the raffle and also sing during coffee. Have a look at what we do.
