General Information

We ask that the children bring a water bottle each day, filled with fresh water. This will stay with them throughout the day.

Please ensure that your child brings a coat/ rain mac in bad weather as we try to use the playground or field every day.

We ask that you aim to listen to your child read every day as this will benefit them greatly. 

Please write the title of the book and a short comment or signature in the home reading record. 

The children’s home reading books will be changed on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. 

Class 2 have PE sessions on Mondays and Tuesdays. Please ensure that your child has a PE kit in school at all times. I suggest that the children bring a PE kit in to school at the start of each half term and keep it in school until the half term holidays.

In addition to reading each night, your child will receive a piece of homework on a weekly basis. Homework will be given out on a Friday to be handed in by the following Tuesday. 

Please ensure your child completes the homework in pencil and not pen. 

Please ensure that children wear the correct uniform and that all uniform is named clearly.
