Dear Families,
We hope you all enjoyed the summer break and are looking forward to Year 6!
This year, your children will be taught by Mrs Burton on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and by Mrs Abbs on Thursday and Friday. We would like to give you the opportunity to catch up with either of us at the end of the day when we return your children to you. However, should you wish to make an appointment to see us, then please do so via the office and we will make sure we are available at the earliest opportunity.
We shall keep you updated with our curriculum, events and calendar on this site, but also via the weekly newsletter published on a Friday, so please make sure you have a look at this!
Our PE days are currently Wednesday and Thursday, however, this may be subject to change so please look out for updates in the newsletter and in your child's planner. As in previous years, children should come dressed in the correct PE kit on these days please.
Our school is very proud on the ethos we create and this starts with the uniform and how children look and behave, so we shall be expecting all children to wear the appropriate uniform in line with the new Government regulations, please. We also encourage our children to show the correct manners, being polite, being, kind, being respectful and representing their school in the best possible way.
We look forward to meeting you all properly at our Meet the Teacher event in the early part of term 1; when the date is published we will notify you via the office.
